Dr. Ravi Chandiramani
Dr. Ravi N. Chandiramani is a naturopathic physician (ND) and a pioneer in the field of Integrative Addiction Medicine (I-AM).
His unique approach to the treatment of chemical dependency and co-occurring psychological disorders has been refined over 20 years of direct clinical experience with the chemically dependent patient population. Integrative Addiction Medicine effectively combines evidence-based conventional addiction medicine with the nurturing and rebuilding modalities inherent to the practice of naturopathic medicine.
Dr. Chandiramani is President and CEO of Rays of the Sun, LLC, Decrave, LLC and Integrative Addiction Medicine, LLC, a group of unique companies that collectively oversee the implementation and delivery of cutting edge integrative medical care to patients in a variety of behavioral health treatment settings including inpatient detox facilities, residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, private medical and behavioral health practices and in-home concierge care.
Dr. Chandiramani has served in both medical and administrative capacities for several organizations including his roles as Corporate Medical Director of Journey Healing Centers, Regional Medical Director of Elements Behavioral Health’s Southwest Region and Co-Founder and Medical Director of Blue Door Therapeutics, LLC. Dr. Chandiramani most recently served as Chief Medical Officer of Soul Surgery Integrative Medicine Addiction Centers in Scottsdale, AZ.
Michael Goldenberg
Mr. Goldenberg received his Bachelor of Science from the prestigious Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from The Boston University School of Law in 1989.
Michael’s professional experience includes serving as counsel with First American Title before moving to Arizona in 2002 and as Corporate Counsel and then Chief of Administration for a premier behavioral health provider of services for those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction prior to moving on to pursue special projects in the behavioral health industry.
Michael's patriotism, willingness to help others, and his belief in supporting those who serve our society has fueled his charitable passion. Michael currently serves as the Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center, a 501(c)3 in Prescott, AZ benefitting at risk teen females.
Michael and his wife Maura make their home in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Stephen Bagnani
Born and raised in San Francisco, Steve has called Arizona his home for the last 25 years. He is a dedicated leader in the behavioral health industry, bringing over a decade of experience to his role at Champions For You. His strengths lie in his ability to connect with individuals while helping them navigate the complexities of early recovery, offering support and understanding every step of the way. Additionally, he possesses exceptional leadership skills allowing him to foster collaboration, motivation, and growth within a team. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors, nurturing his expanding collection of plants, and relaxing at home with his dog, Bud.
Rohit Chandiramani
Rohit Chandiramani is a business professional with extensive experience in both mortgage banking and healthcare. He has held loan originator (LO) and underwriting positions with several major banking stalwarts with international footprints. Upon leaving the world of corporate banking, he worked his way up from serving patients as a behavioral health technician (BHT) in an inpatient detox setting to eventually recruiting, training and mentoring aspiring BHTs as a Director within organizations in Arizona and Connecticut. As a result of his diverse professional experience, Rohit possesses a unique mix of efficiency and creativity that have led to various promotions and recognition from peers and executive management alike.
Rohit has been an eager and active participant within the nonprofit world since his initial exposure to service work in high school and continues to seek opportunities to be of service to anyone who needs him.
Rohit deeply understands that being of service to another individual involves far more than the mere "execution of protocol" and he takes pride in offering empathy, compassion, integrity and professionalism to the highest standard possible.
